Carpentry
Over the years I have completed various carpentry project. from fitting kitchens to buildings roofs. So I know a thing or two about timber and how homes are built. My maintenance service I will in the first instance attempt a repair if possible, if not I will replace and if i can't to either I will give recommendation. I happy to change a lock, fit a new work top. fencing, fascias and much more
Plumbing
Need taps changed I'm your man.if you have leaks I can help. A radiator moved I can do that too. your toilet cistern playing up call me. Blocked drains no problem.
Down Pipes and guttering or if you just need your gutters cleared.
Electrical
Considering changing to LED lights a good move let me help. I will change all your fittings. sockets, switches, lights. anything more complicated I know several very good electricians that you can talk too.
Painting
Here is where I get very honest. While I can paint and paint reasonable well. I would always recommend if you want a room painted hire a painter. I know a few and would be happy to share their number. But if its a small job I'm more than happy to paint for you. Same applies for tiling.
Maintenance
If I can't fix something I probably know someone that can. If you have something broken in your home give me a call to discuss it I pretty sure I can help. from my own experience as a home owner most things can be fixed it's having the know how to do it and the will!
